The house next to mine burned down and damaged mine

A few days ago the property next to my house burned really bad and the lady who lived there passed away in the fire. My property is listed for sale. The heat melted my new vinyl siding.
My insurance has a $1500 deductable and said they would only go after the other insurance If I file a claim.

How do I find out the insurance company of the burned down house so I wouldn't have that large deductable in front of my cost?

Thank You
