Wholesaling coaches

I recently came across a gentleman named Tom Krol. He's a wholesaling coach. He led me to Claude Diamond to use lease purchasing as a way to gain some capital before I started wholesaling with him (Tom). 

Has anyone ever heard of either of these men, and if so what was your experience like? 

And I am not familiar with lease purchasing, what does that entail?
