Earn While You Learn Mentoring program
Does anyone know of any investor or program that will offer one on one mentoring without a upfront charge? Looking for a mentorship that offers earn as you learn and they split the profit with students when closing a deal.

I would attend at least 1 real estate meeting, if not at least 2 real estate meetings nearby and ask the host of that meeting for help. Also talk to fellowship investors there for help and listen to their suggestions. Now remember to offer something in return or other wise you will get a brush off. Good luck!
