You need to check with the city code/building inspector to see if this is possible before doing anything else.

Call them. If no answer or disconnected, then send mail to them. Check tax bill website to find and where to, what address the Real Estate Tax Bill is sent to.

My opinion is NO. Reason tenant is behind 2 months rent. But do follow Kentucky State Tenant Laws and better to ask R.E. Attorney that question....

Just do it and don’t worry about your wife and when she sees you bringing more bacon home. Then she may change her mind and join you! JUST DO IT!!!

1) you are already here on BiggerPockets, there is a wholesaling course, check out Podcasts... tons here. 2) Join Real Estate Clubs, go to Meetup.com seeking Real Estate Clubs near you. 3) EBay courses... Find who Wholesaling courses, cheap. 4) Go to YouTube.com and look for Real Estate Subjects like Wholesaling, Subject To, Driving for $$ and similar subjects. 5) Driving for $$, which is looking for vacant houses in and around your neighbor-hood. This will give you a good start, get going. Good luck!

Look into Real Estate Forums to start ... BiggerPockets.com, Connectedinvestors.com and YouTubes.com etc. You will learn alot from it.
