Check out Discover.com. Depending your own FICO score, you may get lowest APR such as 7.5% and up to 5% return money back. Not sure about home improvement stores?

$25K?.... one word....NO! Look thru BP Resources here. There are several courses here, FREE.... Just peruse here.  Or look for podcasts, here on subjects that you want to hear and learn. Or buy Real Estate books on EBAY.com, just cheaper.   Cheers!

Heads up... I see you are from Ohio.  You need to be at least 18 and in Ohio, you have to be licensed before doing any real estate deals. I would suggest to go visit some real estate clubs and talk to fellowship and possibly partner with them. To find real estate clubs, search BP first and/or google  Ohio real estate clubs...... Cheers!!!!!!!!

I would attend at least 1 real estate meeting, if not at least 2 real estate meetings nearby and ask the host of that meeting for help. Also talk to fellowship investors there for help and listen to their suggestions. Now remember to offer something in return or other wise you will get a brush off. Good luck!

Why don't you contact the author of the book for a copy. Just tell him you did not get the CD when you bought the book? Maybe he'll help you out. Just look for the phone number or the address inside of the jacket.
