P&S Contract and Assignment Contract, send both to title company and they will take care of it.

At title company closes, you will get your share of the assignment cut.

Just go to assessor's website and look up addresses and find owner of record. Then lookup thatsthem.com to find phone #'s to call and also find some email addresses if available. It's a start... Good luck with it!

According to membership, it needs to be upgraded to $18/mo to see the address of the property as well as see the inside pictures and outside also. I would skip this altogether. Not sign up for this..............imho.

Driving for $$$

I have done driving for $$$ in the past. I check addresses thru assessor's website for owner of record and also real estate taxes paid. I have done mailing and calling owner of record. Some of these owners tells me they have given the house back to the bank.

Also real estate taxes paid by CORELOGIC, does that mean it is bank owned? I find too many of them say that way. Should I check with the TITLE COMPANY first before doing any mailing and calling on owners?

What is your suggestion or thinking on this matter? Would appreciate only your expert advice. You can PM me if you wish.
