I'm heading to Greenville, SC for Thanksgiving. If there are any BP Members interested in talking shop while I am in Greenville, please reach out.  I'm interested in learning what it would it would look like to invest in RE in Greenville (best areas, price points, sourcing of deals, etc).  If anyone wants to learn more about Memphis RE Investing I'm happy to discuss that as well.
