Re-Intro (from DC area...moving into Las Vegas area)
Hi. I used to do wholesaling in the Washington, DC/Maryland area. I recently moved to Northern Arizona and decided I would like to get back into real estate/real estate investing. I am interested in working with/being mentored by a seasoned rehabber in the Las Vegas area.
My 1 year plan includes rehabbing 2 house in the 120k-150k price range.
My 5 year plan includes getting into the Florida market also.
I welcome any suggestions and help. Thank you
