Indiana whole sale question/re license

I used to hold my Re license but never renewed it after I put it on hold. I noticed a post about wholesaling being illegal in Ohio. What are the laws or how is it looked at here in Indiana. Say if I contract to buy a house then turn around and have another buyer lined up. Like a double close? Any insight will be appreciated.

Whenever I put a contract on a house that I might want to assign to someone else, I just put my company name and/or assigns. It has never been a problem to then make an assignment contract with the end buyer. If I can't do that for some reason, such as HUD, then I just sell it to them after I have closed on it.
