Heat mapping / price to rents ratio NEEDED

HELP!  Maybe it already exists and if so please let me know!  Maybe it's a huge need (imo,) but has anyone come across a good way to heat map or calculate price to rent ratio on larger scale? I really would like to target my marketing to the best neighborhoods by that simple ratio, what is the value vs what it rents for and capture the highest radio deals through marketing.

I would like to scale this across TX and keep it precise down to the neighborhood and even section.
