Looking to buy some 2-4unit MF's over there. Wondering if there's anyone here that owns over in that area. Its about an hour drive from me and might have some potential.

Experiences? Comments on the Area/Tenants?

You have to be very careful in Palmdale/Lancaster - AKA Compdale and Landdisaster.

The area got hit very hard from the CA RE bubble burst.

What are your strategies? Buy and hold for cash flow, for potential future appreciation, or ??? What are the price points you are looking at?

I know the area well and the market there pretty well so I can assist you.
