Hi BP, I am new to REI and need some guidance, has anyone been able to get a loan off of the equity of a rental property, if so i would greatly appreciate any help as to which lender you went through.

@Marcella Marquez Do you own the property free and clear? How long have you owned it?  @Jerry Padilla with MB Financial is my loan officer and he's amazing!  Delayed financing was 6-8 weeks from initial application to closing.
