Off-market Strategies in Pittsburgh

BiggerPocketers, I'm trying to find a way to creatively buy off-market properties in Pittsburgh. I had an idea to look up local recently sold lists in areas I'm interested in. I've also heard inheritance and probate lists were a good start but I haven't found a solid tool to track these (I.e. Without paying). Please drop any strategies you've heard of or found success in. Thanks in advance. Kashiff

Spending a little money to get a list of off-market homes would be well worth it. Good Luck @Kashiff Miles
