    Wow, loaded question!  If you have kids I would suggests UA or Dublin or anything in Olentangy School District.  If not, probably Grandview, Short North, German Village or Clintonville... or at least those are where the cool kids live.

    Weather - You get the worst of both worlds, very hot and humid summers, and excruciatingly cold and windy winters!

    The rest is easy!
