Looking for tips on finding out owners of vacant properties
I'm new to the real estate world. Been listening to pod cast and reading books. Does anybody have a good website they use to look up info on the owners of vacant homes? I'm able to find a name on my county's website but no contact information. I found property shark website but that's $80 per month. Any other cheaper options? I'm looking in the Albany county New York area. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance
