Can someone help me please a little

Hello this forum was the one that was the most recommended for real estate discussions.I have a few questions before i can embark on this journey mainly how much can the ROI per year be.I want to ask some general questions not going furthure into strategies or any infomartion that is extremly valuable

@Bogdan Masca this might sound a little rude, but the answer to your question is, can you? Everyone has different skillsets, time available, money available, lives in different markets, acquires property differently, and buys houses in different states of repair. It sounds like from your question that the answer is no because you don't have the knowledge you need to make an offer, repair in budget, or project accurate ARV. I would recommend holding off on trying to flip until you understand a bit more about real estate. If not, consider the cost of your first flip or two as the price of education. I learned a few lessons the hard way and was grateful that they didn't cost as much as a year of college!

Grab a coffee and pull up a few RE books. Jump around on BP and dig into any topics that you like from your reading. There is a wealth of knowledge here but you will have to know enough to know what to look for. Best of luck!

Acutually this is the information that i was looking for.Is it possible and common to do 2 flips in a year at 20% or is that too much and its most likely that you can do 1?Thanks a lot Bishoy

@Bogdan Masca That is such a broad question...You can flip a house every 2/3 months and make 20 percent on each flip so you are doubling your money each year.....You can also get buy and hold properties that go up maybe 10 percent a year....there are so many different things so it depends on your goal
