Looking for a multiunit or SFH in New Jersey

I'm a newlywed that just made the move out to the marlboro / freehold New Jersey area and looking to gain some advice and potential business partners on a multiunit or SFH in the area. I know there are a. Inch of grants and perks for first time home buyers in NJ I was wondering if anyone had any info regarding these and are there any other potential investors in the area to bounce ideas off of? Any local real estate agents that have listings near the area is always a plus too! Look forward to hearing from you all!
