Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has had recent experience with a BNI group from the perspective of growing local real estate investment contacts/team/resources?  If so, it would be great to hear about your experience, positive or negative.  There is a group forming in my area and I'm investigating it as a way to strengthen the core "team" effort that real estate takes.  Cheers, Mark

@Mark Avery I tired BNI when I was in my previous position and it felt like another job. But, it really depends what you are trying to get out of it and the bandwidth you have. From my experience, I'd say it takes anywhere from 3-6 months to start generating leads.
