@Sean Starkey I see a lot of West Coast Investors buying rental property in Ohio. Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, and Toledo are great markets.

@Sean Starkey Congrats on starting your Real Estate journey. My first question would be are you looking to invest close to you or out of state? Out of state is definitely a cheaper route compared to California.
