how to find time to analyze 100 properties

Any advice on how someone that works full time can fit in time to take the age old advice of analyzing 100 deals?

I know that 100 deals isn't necessary but even if I want to see can I get that done? And do this without angering realtors, sellers, or other people involved?

I'm serious. I really see the importance of this but I work all day. How do I do this a couple hours a night and on weekends without dragging my family around or being away from them?

You're looking at this the wrong way.

First, you don't analyze properties, you analyze markets.  You define the criteria for a property you want to buy, then find the market(s) that have a lot of those properties in them.  Then you camp out in the market and wait for them to appear.

Second, you don't inspect a property until you get an accepted offer.  That's what the inspection period is for.

I agree . Just start with as many as u can then everyday try to do more and more . The main thing is to start ! The rest will come I promise . Many times we think we can't and as soon as we start trying we see that we can .
