Real estate investing is not hard, its just very tedious. Especially shortsales and landlording.Therefore outsource everything that you possibly can. I know deep down inside we're all control freaks but the sooner we get over that, the faster we'll all start making more money. This is a lesson we all need to learn. Your thoughts on how you run your business more efficiently would be appreciated.
