Chicago-Detriot-Compton Real Estate Investing
Greetings everyone!
Does anybody invest in areas like Compton, Ca, Southside Chicago, Detriot, Albuquerque and areas that aren't exactly prime neighborhoods? Or would it be safer and more fiscally responsible to invest in areas around the cities?

How did Albuquerque get grouped in with Compton, Southside Chicago, Detroit? We need to do some serious damage control after the Breaking Bad fad I guess?
