Bank of America Foreclosure

I bought a property from an Auction.com live event where Bank of America was the lender. In the past, buying a Auction.com home that is occupied has simply meant after I received the deed in the mail, either offering cash for keys or going through the normal eviction process.  My eviction attorney told me yesterday that BoA foreclosures can be tricky as the homeowner can claim the foreclosure was not done properly, thus tying it up in court for a while.

Has anyone had experience with this?
