Investing in Philly Mkt

I'm considering investing in the Philly mkt.  I keep hearing about ABC Capital Investment and a person, Josh (Sp?) are two big players, providing Turnkey Investment op's.   Anyone know anything about them, and/or the area:  Brewrytown, Germantown, etc.. as very up and coming.

Plenty of Turn Key Opportunities I see still available in Philadelphia.
