Hello everyone, Has anyone invested out of state and into Cleveland? Or if anyone has any insight on investing into Cleveland, that would be helpful. Thanks E.B.

@Emiel Barbosa I invest in Cleveland long distance from CA and I'm doing well.....now.  It took some time.  You must do your research thoroughly as areas can vary from block to block within the city and within outlying areas.  Best way to start is by befriending people on here from Cleveland, take a trip there and meet up with as many people on the ground there as you can. build a trusted network of locals who can help you, let them help you out on a deal or two, continue this way and you should do ok.  Don't rush into anything. Research, research, and research more!
