Free Investment Class in Baltimore ( Canton) Interested??

I have been getting questions about Baltimore neighborhoods, prices, analysis etc...

I decided that I am gonna start a free investment class where we can talk about deals,analysis, calculations, neighborhoods, success stories, or just meet with investors and newbies.

I been in the real estate game for ten years and still learning new things from fellow investors. My office has a big training room where we can hold a monthly or bi-weekly sessions. 

If anybody interested in, please let me know.

My group finds Google Hangouts useful for web conferencing. All you really need is a PC or laptop with a web cam.

    @Ozzy Sirimsi does your office have a way to do a dial-in/video conferencing? If I'm in Baltimore when you hold the sessions I'm in, but otherwise would have to connect remotely.

     That is a good idea, if we have enough interest, we can definitely do that too.

    @Brad Cogswell  we can try that, I think we have that capability of the office, and like @David Dachtera said, we can do google hangouts as well.

    Hi Ozzy

    I'm definitely interested in attending, as I think this is a great idea.  I'd do my best to attend in-person, it's a quick drive to Canton from my house in Federal Hill.

    I would definitely be interested. It would be great to attend in person, but it would depend on the timing with work and things like that.

    Thanks for showing interest, It looks like we can start something here and learn from each other.

     Obviously, everybody has a different level of knowledge on real estate, I think we will start from basics and move into more complicated topics later.

    If anybody has any suggestions on where to start, topics to learn, areas we can touch that would be also appreciated.

    Mainly, I am a buy& hold person, however recently  put a shell under contract, I will also share whatever I learn from that experience with you guys as well.

    Please bear with me  until I work on the schedule, and a basic curriculum so we can create a class that can continue for months...
