Start up wholesale company seeking advice!
Hi BP community! I just had a question about wholesale, I have recently joined a start up wholesale company and we are having trouble finding distressed properties. Many of the leads that we have gotten, the owners did not want to sell or the phone number is disconnected. Any advice on where to find people who are actually looking to sell ? Any and all advice is appreciated!
