Happy Thursday BP! I am interested to see if anybody has any off market properties in AZ, or would be able to advise me on the best way to find some? I am a realtor looking for properties for a couple of different investors, and I'm curious to see what this community does to find those type of properties. Any and all help is appreciated ! Hi BP! I am a new agent in the PHX area, and I am currently interviewing a couple of different brokerages. I wanted to see if anybody had any recommendations, and absolutely loved where they are at. What is most important to me is having a good mentor, working for an innovative brokerage that utilized social media, as well as revenue sharing, and obviously a good pay structure ;) I also love being part of a team, and learning from others, and would love to learn more about marketing. Looking forward to hearing from one of my favorite communities :)

Hi BP community! I just had a question about wholesale, I have recently joined a start up wholesale company and we are having trouble finding distressed properties. Many of the leads that we have gotten, the owners did not want to sell or the phone number is disconnected. Any advice on where to find people who are actually looking to sell ? Any and all advice is appreciated!
