How do BP investors feel about home auctions?
After going to a wedding this weekend I had a chance to to talk to fellow real estate investor. After a short conversation of our past and current deals I could tell he had definitely more experience than me. He made it clear he loved buying homes at auctions.
I personally am a cautious investor and dislike the unknown variable.
I was curious how others here feel about auctions?
Do any of you actively seek for auctioned off homes in the Boston and New Hampshire area?
Which are your favorite auctioneer sites?
