Let's be DIFFERENT!
While most of us understand the NORMAL types of Real Estate Investments, ie; SFR, Apartments, Commercial, etc..., I want to educate myself on the different and maybe bizarre real estate investments available. If you have any experience with the following, I would love to learn about them:
1. Marina's
2. RV Parks
3. Cemeteries/Funeral Homes
4. Campgrounds (Like the one on Parent Trap)
5. Sports Facilities
6. Toll Roads
7. Fairgrounds/Amusement Parks/Entertainment Facility
Or maybe something even more different! Let's make this an interesting and maybe even exciting thread!
