Anyone using Cold Calling to find Wholesale properties??
Hi, I am a wholesaler here in Charlotte NC. I have been fairly successful so far using only direct mail marketing. I want to add something new to supplement direct mail. I have been interested in cold calling. I was thinking of targeting older homeowners with equity in good areas where my buyers like to buy. My plan is to hire an employee to carry out these calls and work on commission with a small draw or I could go the VA route fort this. Does anyone else have success doing this? Any feedback will be appreciated!

@Matthew Izarek yes, we do pm your email address to us and we will send it to you. I like to have the script in front of me to help the call "flow". You are talking about a script for incoming calls, correct ?
