Open House for Investors? Valuable?
Hey BP - I just listed a great rehab property in Cumberland, RI. We are planning to do a price reduction and thought to host an "investors" open house to invite investors and their contractors to come and take a look. Would this be attractive to investors? When would be the ideal day/time to hold it? Thanks!
