Suggestions for handling pet deposits: How would you / do you currently handle them? Additional monthly fee? One lump deposit just in case? Pros and cons?

Morning all - I’m an agent considering the purchase of a SFR for a personal investment, via seller financing. Anyone have a good attorney recommendation in the Cumberland/Lincoln/Providence area? It would also be a good contact for future investor clients I work with. Thanks!

Hey BP - I just listed a great rehab property in Cumberland, RI. We are planning to do a price reduction and thought to host an "investors" open house to invite investors and their contractors to come and take a look. Would this be attractive to investors? When would be the ideal day/time to hold it? Thanks!

I haven’t purchased our own personal investment property yet, but we haven’t found the right opportunity yet. I’m an agent and work with investors and my real estate partner and her family have several units. It would be awesome if a few of us could grab coffee sometime soon. I've been binge-watching BP webinars and podcasts so I figured it might be time to introduce myself :) I am real estate agent living in Smithfield, but will be starting to invest personally in the very near future.
