Looking back on 2017, Seemed like a good year for my portfolio. I was able to grow my networth without adding much debt. Also increased my monthly income from realestate by 70%.

@Pavs Doychev great idea for a post.

The big three for me were:

- Finished a book for BiggerPockets! (set for publishing in the Spring!)

- Launched the MidAtlantic Real Estate Investor Summit!

- Hit our 10 year anniversary as a company!

And it looks like 2018 is going to be even bigger and better!
