Hope everyone the same luck!

Looking back on 2017, Seemed like a good year for my portfolio. I was able to grow my networth without adding much debt. Also increased my monthly income from realestate by 70%.

Michael Kantar I would look on Craigslist, most recent or old posts. Also would buy a lot of 20 from eBay and sell on Craigslist. Make a $30/phone profit on those but at 14 that was great money did me.

Michael Kantar when I did cars, it was smaller American made cars. Cheaper parts, and people were going for fuel economy.

Michael Kantar when I got started I had a niche in Blackberrys and HTC (not sure if they make either now) when I would meet with people I would tell them if you have more I'll come pick them. (Made it easy for them to sell me more) I would say in any industry you go in, it's better to have 10% competition vs 90%. So find a niche..

This all sounds familiar... I was in your shoes at that age. At the age of 14 I started flipping cell phones, Then at 15 flipped cars. That's how I was able to get some experience. And start building capital. It's was a great experience. Strongly recommend.

I work with properties like this all the time, Its really goes house by house bases.. If property was maintained well, I would get your inspector out to confirm the condition and give you a general list of what should be replaced first.

Layout the terms, show you come prepared. I use one investor for short term deals. Now hes asking when I'll need money again. I pay 10% + a finance fee.
