How many checking accounts do you have?
Do you have a separate checking account for each property/LLC or 1 main account that all of the properties run through? This is a question for everyone that manages their own properties, as well as anyone who manages for others.
I currently have a management company that has its own checking account, and a seperate account for each LLC. As I grow, I see this being more work than the current 19 checking accounts and bank reconciliations already are!
