Hi, I’m about to close a deal for 3 different properties in Jacksonville, FL. 2 things bother me: 1. How can I make sure that the property’s price is fair and not much higher than similar properties in the same area? 2. How can I find as much info as possible in a specific area? Thanks in advance!
