Best online analysis tools

What in your experience are some of the best online tools (paid or free) to analyze rental properties as well as flips? An investor has recommended Quest to me, as it gives you exact prices that houses rented or sold for in recent months. Any suggestions are appreciated.

@Steven Ziegler You can use the free BP calculators. If you don't have a pro membership, you can only use them 5 times.

Under Tools, go to the FilePlace section to find spreadsheets that other users have generously uploaded. That should be very helpful in providing you a head start

Best of luck!

Try It's both a website and app for iOS (possibly android). I've used it to analyze a number of properties. It can make assumptions (like flat 50% operating expenses, based on rent), or you can itemize each cost. It also gives many financial figures for year one and up to 30 years. And shows how they're all calculated. If you enter all the information, it takes a bit of time but can be quite comprehensive.
