Finding Cities to Invest In

Hello, I'm Eric, I'm also a total newbie. I am analyzing properties.

Where on the web can I go to find out good areas to invest in?

Also, what criteria should I use? I.e. property tax, employment etc.

@Eric van Dalen Look for markets that not only have good cash flow, but also strong economic and demographic such as population and job growth. There are a lot of popular cash flow markets that have shrinking populations and stagnant job growth, so cash flow alone should not be the only criteria. Indianapolis and Kansas City both offer good cash flow but also growing populations and jobs. I would definitely have them on a short list. We've been active in both markets and know them well. Let me know if I can help.
