FHA advice and stories/experience

Hey all,

As I'm starting to save more and increase my credit (although at one point was fantastic) I'm looking into an FHA loan as a first time home buyer. I would love if anyone who has gone down this route would be willing to share their story or experience and offer any advice. Thank you @Chris Tabanico for talking about this with me a few months back.

@Doug Phillips of course! Appreciation can most definitely happen, but it will depend on the area and timing which is out of your control. Appreciation is an important part of investing, so you definitely want to make sure it is possible in the area you invest in.
