Philadelphia REIA. Looking for group that’s active now (Fall ‘19)

I see a lot of advice recommending networking with other real estate investors, but I can’t seem to find a group near me. I’m in Philadelphia - specifically the neighborhoods surrounding Center City (Queen Village, Point Breeze, Hawthorne etc) and also Manayunk and Roxborough, but I’d love to learn about any groups I near the 215 area code.
