Certified Public Accountant/SDIRA

I am looking to hire a CPA to help me open a SDIRA. I am in the Long Island N.Y. area. I am looking at duplexes, triplexes and quadplexes out of state. I found a market I am about to invest in and found some very good deals that I want to make offers on. Any advice would be appreciated.

You don't need a CPA to open an SDIRA.  You need a SDIRA Custodian.
