I am looking to hire a CPA to help me open a SDIRA. I am in the Long Island N.Y. area. I am looking at duplexes, triplexes and quadplexes out of state. I found a market I am about to invest in and found some very good deals that I want to make offers on. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey BP community. Turned Pro member a few weeks ago. Been researching the Indy area for some time now. I am on board with a RE Broker and property management company. Have quite a few deals lined up and I'm ready to move. Looking for partners. I am from the NY area. Thanks. 

Thank You Zaid. I just thought that investors already doing deals in that area are more reliable than brokers and lenders.
