Could someone please recommend a good or very reliable property management company in the Indianapolis Indiana area. A company that does small commercial real estate such as duplexes, triplexes, quads and any multifamily up to 20 units. Thanks.

Thanks Will and Greg. I am looking at 100 + units between 10-15MM. That’s why I asked that question because I thought an investment firm would be able to raise the capital easier.

Is it possible to get an investment company to raise the capital I need. I understand that they could be and should be part of the deal. If so how can I locate such companies. I am from the Long Island New York area.
