What's the difference between forced air and central air? And what are the pros and cons of each, I'm super young so this stuff is all new to me. I'm trying to get as educated as I can before I dive into investing. Thanks in advance!

@Ben Zelenka

They are different things, not that one would be better. "Forced air" means that there are "Ducts in the house with vents and cold air returns that use fans to push air throughout the house". Usually that is hooked to a furnace (A forced air furnace). NOT a boiler system, baseboard heat etc. "Central Air" is commonly a unit that attaches to a forced air furnace and uses those same ducts to push cold air instead of hot air.(In winter hot air comes through your vents, in summer cold air goes through your vents)

Hope it helps some.
