No Seasoning Cash Out Refinance

Khizer Husain
Posted

Anyone know any banks or financial institutions who would have a no seasoning refinance policy? Im looking to rehab and refinance almost immediately after purchase. Please guide me. This is super important for me as I do not want to get my money stuck. Please also guide me on how delayed financing works.

Thanks

@Khizer Husain thanks for posting this.  As mentioned above this is usually dependent on what market you are in but there are 100% lenders who won't have seasoning requirements.  It is also dependent on what loan type you need....and how you acquired the property.....so if you want to provide some more details that might help us guide you but try posting this question in the state forum you are needing the loan in and some good local will usually weigh in with their suggestion.
