Virtual Wholesaling

Hey BP, I've ran into a ton of people proclaim that virtual wholesaling is the new way to make money. You don't have to see the property or anything. I don't find that hard to believe yet what puzzles me is how to do such a deal? What is your intake on such a way of investing? Is it possible and how can one become successful at doing so?

The reason to wholesale out of your home market is because some markets lend them selves better to certain strategies, depending on inventory, supply and demand.
Ive wholesaled 10 properties this year and none in my home market.
Ill say it is possible. You have to get your systems in place and once they are you can move your wholesaling business where you want/need to. Keep reading, learning, and go flip some houses.
