Does anyone know if it’s possible to work with more than one realtor in the same market?

I am based in Charlotte NC and wasn’t sure if there were any restrictions around this.

Absolutely...and if a realtor complains, don't use them.  I use 5 currently.  They all know it, and don't complain...and none of them have less than 5 years of experience.  You're not just buying one property...you're buying many.  Ask any complaining realtor if they would only sell your properties.
