Everyone - thank you all for your advice. @Jason Allen - yes i was able to create it myself -pretty straight forward process.

@Wyatt Wolff - I am moving under an LLC simply for protection from any law suites. I do have an umbrella policy but am simply adding more protection by moving to LLC. I recognize that creating an separate LLC for each unit would provide the most protection but that would create a lot of administration on my part. So moving them under 1 LLC. Do you have a different perspective or advice to share?

Gentlemen- thank you for the advice. To add more context and answer Joes’ question, I am looking to buy properties.  I’m am an investor and have struggled to find the right type of realtor. One who understands what matters from an investor’s perspective in terms of finding the right deals, running the numbers, etc. for this reason I was thinking of engaging multiple realtors.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to work with more than one realtor in the same market?

I am based in Charlotte NC and wasn’t sure if there were any restrictions around this.
