Question about Developing Land
Hi guys,
I've been the typical buy and hold with a mix of fix and flip investor over the past few years. I have an opportunity to get into developing some land and building houses. Does anyone have experience with that? I have zero, but it seems like it might be worth trying based on the potential income. Seems like a broad question but wanted to get some insights.
